Join us at the C4EE for a low impact workout session with Dorcel Edmonds.
Dorcel Edmonds will show several gentle and easy to follow exercises that will help you improve your mobility and can even prevent falls.
All exercises you will learn can be done at home. All you need is a solid chair and some time to spare.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes for the best experience.
